【Product features and applications】

1. Product Features:


*Low dosage, small to medium size particles are generated;


*Preparation of high solid content emulsion, less coagulate;


*Excellent mechanical stability and electrolyte resistance;


*Excellent film-forming performance: high transparency, good water resistance, not easy to yellowing in case of heat


*It is compounded with sodium dihexyl sulfosuccinate or low foam wetting and leveling agentto produce excellent adhesion


2. Product application:


(1) A-102 surfactant is a main emulsifier with excellent performance. It does not contain APEO, and is suitable for polymer emulsion of water-borne acrylic acid (pure acrylic acid, acetate acrylic acid, styrene acrylic acid, EVA and other systems),expecially architectural coating emulsion.

(2) Due to its acid stability and low surface tension, A-102 can also be widely used as stabilizer and dispersant.



Usage and dosage:


1. Usage:In order to obtain the best performance, it is recommended to add after dilution. The amount of use depends largely on the application system. Users should determine the best amount of addition through experiments before use.

2. Dosage: 0.8~5.0% recommended as main emulsifier.
